Are you real estate agents?

We are not real estate agents.  We do not want to list your property - we want to buy it.  

My property is already listed with a real estate agent. Can you still buy it?

Absolutely! If you have a property that is listed with an agent and you need to sell it quickly, or if it has been listed for a long time without a sale, call us.

What do I do if you can't buy my property?  

The properties we buy must meet certain criteria (after all, we are investors). If yours doesn't, we may still be able to help you sell your property. We work very closely with other investors and we may be able to refer your case to another buyer.

We may also find that your best solution is to list your property with a Realtor. In that case, we will be able to refer you to a Realtor who can help you sell your house.

What are my risks?

Your biggest risk is to do nothing. It only takes a phone call to find out if we can buy your property. Our operator will take your information and we will be able to tell you within a day whether we can buy your property or not.
